The IBEW Local 104 OSHE Trust Fund was established in 1984 with IBEW Local 104 and NECA recognizing the need for a Safety Department that would be able to provide services to both Contractors and Members. In order to preserve the integrity of the trust, we are managed by a Board that is half labor and half management. With the support of the IBEW and NECA the Fund has grown to provide an extensive benefit and training package to both, while improving the overall safety of the work environment within the jurisdiction.
